Got a call from the hiring manager about coming in for a group interview. Got there and there was only me and another applicant out of six. Had the interview in the break room.

Very easy process and friendly people. They were super welcoming and helped me through the entire interview process
I would definitely recommend it.
It does seem like they're pretty desperate for people right now since the labor shortages
Applied for the position online. I was called within the week I applied to come in for an interview by one of the assistant managers. I went in for the interview and was offered the job that same day.

It is a group interview, around 4-5 people in one group. First you have to introduce yourself, then answer some scenario questions like how do you handle client complaints and your availability
