Set up an interview (Aug 2022) with the manager and head of department. Both were really nice and the interview felt natural and comfortable. My only issue was that after that one interview I was ghosted. Received no follow up about whether I was moving forward or not. I found out on LinkedIn that they had filled the position. Felt a bit unprofessional.
