Interview process was quite simple and not overly drawn out, with the entire process lasting a couple of weeks. I handed a CV into the store and was phoned several days later with an interview set up for the following week. The interview itself lasted about half an hour and was conducted with the store manager and a member of the HR department

Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes

It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
