There is a screening call (phone call), first interview with their in-house recruiter, second interview with a skill assessor and third interview with a sales manager/ team lead. I did not progress from the second stage and to be frank, I find the interview format very strange. As a candidate, you are constantly being encouraged to ask questions and seek feedback. In principle that is a good thing but they literally expect you to ask them a related question after any form of interaction, which takes the focus away from actual competency assessment and merit to just testing if you ask a good amount of questions. They do not focus on the quality and real skills of a candidate and merely touch upon the results you have achieved in the past. I have asked to receive a call for feedback and the recruiter did not call me at the given time. I also noticed that they constantly have to put a big emphasis on ‘how much money you can make’ because once you get to the bottom of what they ‘sell’, you will realize that it is actually just information services. Don’t get fooled in thinking that this role is in any way tech related. With the rise of AI this business model will likely become obsolete.
