Entrevista
I was set up with an "informational call" after being referred by an internal employee. It was mostly someone giving me background on the company and trying to gauge my own background and experience, but I was told by the person who referred me to treat this as an interview anyways. The girl I spoke to had very little energy and was very soft-spoken. She didn't ask me many questions. At the end of the conversation, she told me my experience matched the position I was applying to, and that she'd pass my information along to a recruiter to set up an interview. A couple days later, I received an email that the position was no longer available (despite that there were still a couple posted online). Two weeks after that, I received another email that my experience did not match what they were looking for, and that they'd moved forward with other applicants. Very confusing to have received 3 different messages, and obviously discouraging.

Entrevista
First interview was with a recruiter, which was very simple and relaxed. The second interview was with a panel of six different people followed by an excel assessment. The assessment was much easier than expected.
