The recruitment process mirrors the company philosophy, with a strong focus on feedback (and how you receipt and use it). Being open minded and eager to learn is always good, but specially when you are starting a process with a company like Gartner.
I had four interviews with Gartner's recruiters and managers: two calls (first one is just a screening), one Webex meeting and a panel interview in their offices (Egham, UK).
The process was well structured, and the recruiter (thanks, Brett!) did let me know in detail about every step from the first call, setting the right expectations from the beginning, and showing respect for my time.

Entrevista
The interview process begins with a talent sources that will then prep you for a behavioral, Gartner Knowledge, and Role Play with the Sales Recruiter. The next stage is a Lead Skill Accessor and lastly a panel. Probably takes about 3-4 weeks.
Although, I didn’t get the position, it was a great opportunity to better interview/sales skills!
This was an initial phone call with a recruiter after they reached out on Linkedin. They spoke for a significant portion of the time and provided the information in a way that felt overwhelming, taking little time to accept questions and allow me to accurately understand the job.
