The interview process was fine. I had to complete two of those personality tests and went through 2 interviews and was offered the job but declined in the end as there was a mismatch in expectations re bonus/benefits (bonus/benefits structure in actual offer did not match what headhunter confirmed to me in the beginning). It wasn't a massive difference but enough for me to reject it in the end. The interview itself was fine, the interviewers were very friendly and patient (I was incredibly nervous) and it seemed to be a good company to work with. I just would have really struggled with the commute (and the very low salary) which is why I rejected it in the end.
