telephone interview and 2 video interviews ( both an hour long) focusing on why gartner and why sales aswell as behavioural questions. final video interview also included a sales role-play.

3 rounds: competency, experience, case study. Focused on prior experience and suitability to the role. Any previous sales experience. Ask questions surrounding the company and what they do; make sure you do research.

Its long, it took me 2 months (while in school) to get to my big final interview where my offer was extended. They give you feedback after each interview and it seems as if you will be moved on if you can show that you value feedback and improve quickly . Be able to use the STAR method
