The hiring process took almost 11 weeks. I was initially interviewed on the phone, followed by psychometric tests, a face to face, two further Skye interviews and a final face to face. Everyone I spike to at the company kept on talking about how dobyou handle feedback almost as though all they do is tell you what you're doing wrong. In my final interview I was asked the same question again and I responded by say "I welcome and accept feedback however if I'm being told I'm doing something wrong I'd expect it to be constructive so I can take corrective measures" to which I was told that feedback is just given straight! After almost 11 weeks and asking feedback I didn't hear from them again. For a company that says feedback is important to them I found it farcical that they didn't get back to me
