The recruiter scheduled my phone screen twice and missed it both times, until I called him the second time. He was sloppy, disorganized and asked me questions that were very obvious including what my educational qualifications are. He was very vague about the company and the role. Lots of confusion about scheduling the Python test too. Very shabby and unprofessional experience overall and I decided not to pursue this opportunity.
