Two phased interview with initial screening via conference call followed by in person interview, on site. Started out with typical "amplify on your resume" type questions, progressed to a few "tell me about a time" type questions. Some of the in-person interview questions were after ways to drive innovation or ways to drive acceptance of innovations already in the pipe. Overall very fair and focused on ensuring the correct fit. Appreciated the time and effort spent answering my questions and alleviating any concerns. Very open and straightforward.
