The entire process from application to panel interview took 7 weeks for me. Within 2 weeks was my 1st interview with the hiring manager which mainly dealt with going through my resume and background. Before the panel interview I was asked to complete a personality assessment as well as deductive reasoning assessment online. The latter was rather hard and needs some good prep. The panel interview was a zoom call owing to the current pandemic and lasted about 4 hrs with a break for lunch. Mostly focused on behavioral and situational questions. It was very pleasant and engaging, and I really looked forward to working with the team. However things didn't work out and an offer wasn't extended.
