Smoothest interview process I've ever had. I love how transparent and responsive the recruiter was and how much effort they put in to make sure you're prepared for the interview (mostly STAR-based questions). It's clear that they know they'll get the best experience for themselves and the candidate when the candidate knows what to prepare for. I met with the hiring manager and other team members who asked relevant questions pertaining to the job. All the interviews were very conversational and not confrontational at all. In total I had one 30 min interview with recruiter, one 30 min interview with hiring manager, and then a 3 hr interview with hiring manager and other team members.
