Very poor communication. Moving goalposts on the number of interviews, gave offer, rescinded and no apologies to the candidate. All interviews require face to face so 6 rounds of it and 3 months later only to have offer taken back because they need one more round just to be sure is quite disrespectful to candidates feelings and time.
