My direct manager-to-be arranged for me to speak with the other two sales directors by engaging the senior talent acquisition specialist. She had promptly engaged with me and set up calls. Upon getting the green light from all the calls, I received another call, this time from the director of sales engineering, which I thought was awesome because it showed me how much this organization/management carefully selects their people. After all the steps were taken and I received the final verbal acceptance, the HR department followed up with the next steps. The overall experience up to this point was fantastic. I got a clear sense of the company's culture. They spoke in unity and I felt their dedication to the company. I am excited to be part of the team!
