The in-house recruiter called me and said they were very interested on people with my background, he interviewed me and all went very well. He told me there would be an interview with my potential manager and a project manager on-site in the middle of the day. That was a bit uncomfortable because I needed to take half-a-day off at work and for just a first-round scientific intervew. I did it anyways: I went there and the PM, who was very kind, started the interview showing me a presentation of how amazing the company was. The person who would have been my manager arrived late, asked me one or two very open questions and left. I had the impression they had not read my CV because the position they told me about had not much to do with my background. The interview finished after less than 2 hours. The recruiter called me again after few days to tell me they would not hire me. What was shocking was that, instead of basing his review on the fact that the CV did not totally match, on which I would have completely agreed, he talked about the communication and motivation and issues that sounded more like "we did not like you" rather than "there was not a match". All in all, an unnecessary waste of time and not a good impression about how they select staff in this company.

The interview stages were, 2 online interviews, one with HR and one with the hiring manager, one on site interview with team members and a presentation. It was a rather slow interview process.
