This was likely one of the least positive experiences interviewing at a biotech. The team often rescheduled interviews, sometimes interviewers never joined, and communication with HR was limited. I found the process to be lengthy yet unsubstantial, as the team didn't quite understand what the role was going to do or how best to evaluate candidates. Too matrixed and lacking leadership/ organizational planning.
