Terrible company to interview for that doesn't value your time whatsoever. Took three weeks to get back to me after initial application. Gave me a quite frankly insultingly easy Python "quiz" as the first stage. The second stage was then a live coding interview which was so easy even the interviewer understood how silly it was to be asking me these questions. The next stage was finally normal; it was a technical discussion between myself and two others. I felt all of these stages went very well, but after that it was complete radio silence for 2 weeks. I gave the talent partner who I was talking with a call and he said "a shortlist was being put together and I'd hear back tomorrow". Two weeks later and nothing. Four more weeks and still nothing, so they're yet another company that feels it's appropriate to ghost people. I spend hours of my time doing their interviews and yet the talent team can't take a minute out of their day to tell me I didn't get the role? The level of disresepct is ridiculous. From the other reviews it seems I'm not the only one either. Forget this company and go and interview somewhere that actually cares.
