There are 3 rounds, First, HR round. After that one manager round after that if all goes well then there might be one more round with Senior Manager. That depends on your level and for which you are applying

Just past work experience hr decision only. If you have 8 years of relevant experience but still they look for b.com graduates. They won't consider relevant experience if you are not from B.com background. They ask us to wait for next opportunity.
