I was called in for an interview after submitting my portfolio through their website. A few of my friends had taken positions at the company and said I too may be interested. After about a week after submitting my portfolio online I received a call from the HR department and they scheduled an interview with me. They were very kind and flexible to my scheduling needs. I was interviewed by three people and the entire process took around 1.5 hours. It was very casual and all of the people I spoke with were very kind and respectful, but not intimidating. I was asked to bring a portfolio and after hearing a bit about the company we reviewed a few projects from my portfolio. They asked about my education and other questions to get a feel for my experience as a designer. I asked a few questions about the company and what kind of jobs they were getting involved in as well.
