The company had contacted me through a recruiter. I was asked what my bottom line was at the begining of the process. Then the next step was an Interview with HR. The interview was a typical interview asking all the textbook question like. Why do you think you would be a good fit with us, describe a type you had to made a decision, describe a time you had a conflict with a co-worker and how did you handle it. Then they asked about all the previous experience you have and why you left each of your jobs. THey will ask if you know anything about thier company so it would help to research them a little before going in. they will ask if you know thier product lines and what they do and thier customer base. The next step of the interview will be with the manager that you will be wroking for. this part of the interview will get to the technical side of your job. They will also discuss thier core values and what is expected of you. at the end of this phase they inform you that they will get in touch.
