I had a phone conversation with a recruiter, a phone interview with the hiring manager and then was asked to come for an all day in-person to Green Bay - a 2.5 hour drive from where I live. Despite the fact that the interview process was lengthy and challenging, I had a good feeling about it. After I left the Green Bay campus that day, I followed up with the recruiter a couple weeks later and never heard anything from anyone at the company again. They also don't reimburse for gas expenses, a bit crazy for driving 5 hours (to and back) for an interview.
