Entrevista
There were 4 stages: HR (30m), PM(30m), Technical(2h), and CEO (30m). Each of the interviews was conducted in an open format oriented on experience, culture, problem-solving, and professional maturity. On the other hand, some of the sessions seemed to be too short to cover and discuss topics in proper depth.

Apart from the already mentioned cultural and experience-related topics, I was given a technical task that was pretty advanced considering the amount of time I had to solve it. Seems like the was not on completion of an assignment but rather the design and exploration process I followed in order to provide a solution that will fit the requirement and technical curcumstances.
Understanding of what I'm looking for in my next role (before sharing more about their team etc). An overview of my employment history, what tech I've used, teams I've worked in etc

Got contacted by the recruiter on LinkedIn and kicked off the process with a 20-minute call with the recruiter which was very lovely and joyful. Then got rejected after a week without specific reasons. Given their tech team members are all remote in the cheaper EU countries, my guess the reason could be a salary mismatch.
