First interview focused on previous experiences and salary expectations The recruiter was definitely not a emphatic person, which I felt not very aligned, but anyways it was given a quick vision of the recruitment steps and about the role. After 2 weeks I got a email to move into the second phase and to confirm my availability, which I did. after almost a week I am still waiting for the confirmation of a conversation that was supposed to already have occurred, so maybe I will get feedback in 2 weeks once again or I was just completely ghosted.
