Very secretive about workings of company; sort of a "know it all" attitude; more boasting about riches than how the company worked; a crowded room of people and not comfortable

First Interview was a big group interview and wasn't expecting that. They explained the role and for those interested you could set up a 1on1 meeting. Showed commission structure but clarified there was no base an only commission & bonuses. Being that it's located in FiDi no base or benefits is not worth it. If you have no professional sale experience and you want experience maybe but with sales experience you can find a job where your base is around what the reps make on the lower end.
