2 stage process. 1 is done online and the other is in person at the office. Specifically, one with HR and one with the hiring manager and the owner. Just a brief conversation about the CV and the role, skills and the company. Decision was made quick there and then.

The first interview will be a group Zoom call. You will learn about the company and the job description. If they like your resume, you will be asked to attend their in-person interview.
