I jokingly started with "how much time do we have?" I followed up with my most recent job I was fired from, coincidentally with Cigna Healthcare. I explained that after almost 19 years and no real growth opportunities, I simply got burnt-out and stopped trying. I also included that looking back at all my life, one theme I noticed is that I thrive after failures and trauma and that I learn something despite the immediate negative impact and maintain a positive attitude.
