I explained about a time that someone had ordered shoes online and the inventory level was incorrect so our website allowed him to place the order but we didn't have the shoes in stock. When he came into the store he was frustrated and I understood where he was coming from. I remembered that Amazon carried those same shoes so I did a return for the online purchase and put it on a store credit card. Once the return was complete I ordered the shoes in the exact size that he was looking for.
