There isn't interview in GIVIO, you just simply answer through email a list of question which is very easy to do. Those questions include tell me a little bit about yourself, your past experience, and why do you want to join the company.

They put us in a group interview. It was about fifteen or so people. The interviewer did the majority of the talking and gave us a presentation. We sat there and then I received an offer the next week.
