Goes thru practice code, tries to determine if you coded it or copied/paste from stackoverflow. You'll be asked if you can do some assigned task in 2 days? Watch out of HR behavior questions: what makes you angry, what do you hope to accomplish first day, first month, first year.

Looks to intimidate you to get work done. No clue what Agile is but tries to compensate throwing around generic project management terms. HR is always looking to remove you out of the candidate pool. No call no offer...I think I dodged a bullet. Took an higher paying offer elsewhere...
