The interview process was enjoyable but long. It took a month from the time of my phone screening to the time I heard back, which was nerve wracking. The team I interviewed with was great. In my experience here, there is usually a phone screening first with a member of their people department and then a zoom interview with the team you'd be working with. If you are thinking of applying here, I say go for it. My advice would be to make sure you sit with yourself and think about why exactly you want this position, and step into this process prepared to articulate that.
