The recruiter screening was straightforward and professional. However, the second stage with the hiring manager was a disappointing experience. She came across as disengaged and at times visibly frustrated, which made for an uncomfortable conversation. If you're going to ask someone to invest their time in an interview process, the least you can do is show up with the same energy. Would not recommend interviewing here based on this experience.
