I did 2 rounds of interviews. The first was a 15 minute phone call and the second was a 1 hour Zoom meeting. I met with 3 team members total. They asked really specific questions. Not necessarily about things I had done in my job but about my current company culture, how success is measured at my job, traits of my coworkers, etc. Those questions kind of threw me off. Everyone I met with was nice though.
