I was part of a drive. There were 3 rounds with moderate difficulty. The experience after the interview was really bad. During the drive, I was informed that I have been selected and offer negotiations were completed, and would receive the offer letter the next day. After that, there was no further communication. I had to follow up multiple times and most of the time did not receive a response. Finally, after 3 weeks of follow-up, I am informed that they are unable to find a project for me that meets expectations and would not be receiving the offer letter.
