I had a phone interview, The HR explained me very well the role, but didn;t send mea description, since it was for a position that was not posted yet online. The interview was around 45 min and the question I was asked is to describe my previous job tasks and what I learned at my recent training courses. The other qiestions was to describe my achievements, values. The benefits were very well explained. She promised to call me after the winter holidays, but I recieved automatic notifications that my candidacy was not selected.
