Smooth. Applied online and received the response from the HR a couple of days later for scheduling the skype interview with the managing director. The interview was very easy. Questions only on my resume or very general. The second interview was in person at their office with the marketing manager, and it was very easy as well. Both managing director and the marketing manager spent more time talking about the company and its projects than focusing on the interview. There is no pressure, they make you feel comfortable.

The interview was over Skype. The interview felt like it was a bit more about getting to know me rather than judge me. Seems like they will be many responsibilities which should be paid, however the internship is unpaid.
