First round was to complete a google docs form. Second round, I was given a one day skills test. After the skill test was an interview with a HR manager. The interview about an hour long and was like a chat. The questions were quite focused on your interest in joining the company, personal experiences regarding softskills, and scenerio based questions asking how you would react to certain situations.
