Interview process is appalling. You can get through all three stages of interview only to be rejected at the end. Stages: 1. Chat with technical folks, failrly pleasant and easy. 2. You will be made to do a technical challenge. 3. Not so pleasant chat with management. Management is told nothing about you at all, so you are expected to repeat all you said at stage one. Also you don't get a feedback about how you performed a technical task. Overall i got a feeling of a total disengagement of the management with the rest of the staff involved in the interview process. Wasted time, won't be willing to work there even if asked.
