Did one interview with recruiter, one with hiring manager, and in person interview with 4 different people lasting 2 hours. When I arrived, no one greeted me at the door. I had to check in myself and waited 40 mins for someone to come get me. Apparently they were waiting at the wrong conference room and did not instruct the person that sent me the email to come find me. They made it seem like it was my fault I was in the wrong building. Overall the interview was easy, it seemed like the team was super excited for me to join the team, due to my background. They said that they needed someone who had experience with SOPs, batch records, and labeling. It got to the point where they asked me what was the smallest I could pipette manually and I answered with 0.2 microliters. At the end of the interview, the team said that they were excited for me to start and a week a half later I get an email saying. Thanks for applying we chose someone else. So don’t waste your time, apply elsewhere, they’ll waste 3 weeks of your time just to tell you, they have chosen someone else.

I was scheduled to go on site interview. Got there 15 mins before the time then interviewer showed up 10 minutes late then went around the building to find a conference room. People who interviewed me was not prepared and didnt read my resume. Lack of interest and preparation. Lots of interview rounds.
