One technical written exam, One multiple choice questions and one programming test online with AI monitoring. One technical interview and Managerial round. There are no sample exams. The recruiter is friendly and prompt.

Entrevista
After application process Recruiter(3rd party Staffing company) tried reaching me after couple weeks. Submitted to Hiring Manager and Scheduled for phone after 3 weeks. Phone interview went fine for about 45min-1hr. Then again Recruiter reached out to me that Hiring Manager wants to meet me in-person for about an hour at their Redwood City, CA location. Then it took about 2,3 weeks for them to shortlist me to invite for In-person(onsite) to meet around 8 people (including COO,Product/People,Sr Staff,Director of Engineering etc). It went very well and I was very positive. All 8 of them have touched upon my experience/expertise on my background. My expertise has been vast and have built applications from scratch in past. But NONE of them (including Director of Engineering who's so called Hiring Manager) stressed upon the need for person with Lead experience (typically led with few people reporting) is what they want to fill that position. The company's got lot of Series Funding but I never expected this type of silly/immature behaviour. This's completely waste of everybody's time and energy.
