Interview was taken in 4 steps. Took almost a month. There was almost 05 to 06 days break during each step. Interview was smooth. Just straight questions were asked. Skills were tested i.e Excel, Primavera P6 etc. 1st interview was with Project manager, 2nd was with Technical Manager, 3rd was with Deputy Projects Director and the final was with Projects Director.
