Conducted in English with not so many questions. It's about profiling yourself and selling your competencies. The question don’t really ask specific stuff because it’s for management trainee i guess
Awful. I don't understand how they measure and assess who will be selected for the next round. Some of candidates that didn't answer in English (they answered in Bahasa Indonesia) got selected. Some of the candidates that failed to answer the questions or stuttered got selected.

I had interview session with HR, then if pass, continued directly LGD in the same day. After few weeks, I got call to solve the Business Case. There will be schedule to present it.
