Had a brief phone interview, came in for a one-on-one interview, called to come back in for a group interview. During the group interview, had to act out scenarios: selling a product, dealing with an angry customer, etc.

The process is simple enough, its mostly a lot of STAR based questions. And the digital interview is basically the same as the in person. The questions most of the time will be identical, if not extremely similar.

Entrevista
It was easy and straightforward. I received a call back days later and went in for an interview. The manager was very engaged and felt like a conversation. I was called a week later to being my onboarding process.
