Took about a week to two weeks once they see you have so experience in customer service they will hire you on to the department. Interviews are not hard at all just be confident and show up with a smile. Most of the questions will be situational type questions.

You apply online and take a 20 minute online video interview. Then, you set up an appointment time for an in person interview once they review your online interview and application.

They do two interviews. The first one is a regular interview; going over resume and experience, then employer will ask you scenario questions.
If you get a second interview, the interviewer is a leader of a department or a store leader/manager.
