It was a one-on-one interview with a hiring manager and after a couple minutes a lady sat at our table and just listened. Standard interview questions and told me they would call me within 24 hours or I would have to continue my job hunting.

First you’ll participate in an online “interview” where you just record yourself answering questions and submit them. There’s a time limit for each question. Then from there you’ll asked to meet in person for an interview with the manager of the department you applied to. I was hired on the spot during the interview. Very casual, low pressure.
