I filled out the application online. It was a pretty thorough application with questions about what you would do in certain customer scenarios. I received a call for an interview a few days later and interviewed with the central checkout operations manager, which was relatively easy and was sent to interview with the store director who asked a bit more difficult questions ( it was my first interview/job so I really didn't know what to expect). The whole process took about an hour and I got a cal back the next day saying I got the job. It is a HUGE help if you have someone refer you or know anybody in the hiring process.
