It was good.
We had a group practical/team work interview with about 10 people and they asked us about H&M, what we knew, etc. then we did a mock work day and then some situation questions.
Then after receiving an offer email we had an induction day.

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
