Really positive. Easy questions. Straightforward process. Just remember to research the company. Flexible availability is a bonus. The company is looking for people to support during busy times so the more open you are to morning/evening/weekend shifts the better. I would arrive early if possible. It took a bit of time for them to take me to the back. If I wasn't there ten minutes early the interviewer would have thought I was late.

Entrevista
It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.
