It was a Great experience for me to understand my position. And discovered my weakness in the face off with the interviewer. Based on the past experience in the design position

First stage interview - the interviewer stated that it was just a coordinator role where all the technical work would be done from india. Second stage interview - interviewer was exceptionally rude and unprofessional kept going on about 'expert' and rate your self from 1 to 10, like what is the point of such subjective questions? The company wants to hire people for free without paying them market rate compensations. They also advertise roles that are fake, dubious, and at best fraudulent as they don't reflect the job spec. If the role is only about coordination of work then why list a lot of technical skills that are not even required for the job? This company has unethical practices for hiring and recruitment.

very very very very very very poor the interview was no very well conducted. questions were silly not sure wwhat to say . never ever go for a job to this company this is very very veyr very poor
