Pathetic interview ever i had.Interviewer doesn’t know that he is going to take the interview.He joined and ask me “is any other panel member yet to come”.He thought he is the candidate and started telling his experience after that i stopped him and told that I’m the candidate. He left the meeting( may be his lead said you are going to take the interview). I shared same information to hr and she said wait panel member will join. Finally he came and ask the questions. I have answered 80% of the questions and wrote the 2 programs which he asked.after the interview he is not updated the status-in portal.I asked hr and she said wait result is not yet updated in portal(5 days) after this he updated the status. There is no feedback and no remarks.he is simply rejected the candidate.what is the purpose of interview taken for wasting someones time.I’m not going to blame the organisation but they need to look into this type of issues.Before interview they need to check interviewer capacity or they are completely fit to take the interview.
